All credit card purchases will appear as "Aviation Databases" on your card statement.

All orders are processed in £'s Sterling (GBP) and will be converted to local currency by your card company.

If you are unsure as to suitability of the program please order a free evaluation DVD.

Any data entered will automatically carry forward when you purchase a full product.

Refunds, Replacements, Returns and Cancellations

Replacement Policy - applies to DVD purchases only. If faulty, a replacement DVD will be sent free of charge.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations - we offer a full 30 days free trial of our product before you decide whether to purchase.

This allows you to fully test the software for suitability. Refunds after a subscription purchase are therefore not possible.

Delivery Policy - all initial orders will be dispatched within 12 - 48 hours and posted first class to UK destinations and International Air Mail to all other locations.

Subscription Expiry and Renewals - Our software is subscription based. If you allow your subscription to lapse and renew at a later date we will, at our sole discretion, and without notice, commence your renewal subscription from your past expiry date. Monthly Subscribers who allow their subscription to lapse without notice can only renew for a minimum 6 month period.
